Die Cutting & Kiss Cutting
HST Materials can service your die cutting requirements. Whether it be working from your prototype or your print, HST Materials can create your part utilizing the material called out in your specifications. HST Materials offers a variety of materials in many thicknesses, including:

If your parts are large, they can be die cut, with the release liner easily peeled off the back. Smaller parts can be kiss-cut to the release liner, making application easier and quicker. We can provide you with tooling in one week. Samples of kiss-cut and die-cut parts are available for your inspection.

Tubing & Sleeving Cutting
HST Materials utilizes automatic cutting equipment that can accommodate a variety of tubing and sleeving sizes and types while maintaining industry standard tolerances. Cut pieces can be bagged or packaged to your special requirements.

Tape Slitting
Foam tapes are slit to width. Special narrow widths down to .093" are available.

Kitting & Special Packaging
Parts can be packaged as required.
